- Company name, legal form, business address, telephone number, email address
- Authorized representative, if required with power of attorney translated into German or English
- Valid VAT ID
- Identity card or passport of the business owner, managing director, or board member (If the ID does not contain the owner's signature, we also request a copy of the passport or driver's license)
- Company documents (e.g. business registration, commercial register extract), not older than 3 months and translated into German or English
- Transfer receipt
- Collection authorization translated into German or English
- Certificate of arrival
- CMR consignment note or proof of newly registered vehicle documents
SETTLEMENT
- Contact and advice
- Transmission of company data and VAT ID
- Payment of net invoice and VAT deposit
- Collection in person, authorized or by forwarding agent
- Submission of necessary documents
- Refund of VAT deposit
